Craig and his wife Victoria; with their three sons Angus, Stuart and James have lived in Port Stephens for 25 years.
Craig studied Civil and Structural Engineering at the University of Sydney, and went on to run a successful Hunter-based residential building company.
A Port Stephens Councillor since 1987; Craig was awarded the Centenary of Federation Medal in 2003 for services to Local Government.
Craig is an Emeritus Mayor of Port Stephens, having served in that role for over three years.
A big Wallabies fan, Craig has been actively involved with many sporting and community clubs in the region.
