That this House:
Notes that a petition of 1300 signatures was presented to the Minister for Education and Training in July 2010.
Notes that the petition called on the Minister to approve the funding for, and immediate commencement of, planning and construction of a middle school in Medowie.
Condemns the Minister for misleading the petitioners in the Port Stephens electorate by not presenting the petition in Parliament.
Calls on the Minister to produce the petition so that it can be properly presented, and to release the working party report into this vital project.
